Emily can help you modify an existing exercise program or build a new movement practice. Her goal is not to become your personal trainer, but:
1. To develop a program for you that you can continue on your own. She specializes in developing programs using your own body weight and small props such as balls, bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
2. To help you develop correct and efficient movement patterns so that you can continue with your desired exercise program. Perhaps you already have a routine, class, trainer, or coach that you like, but you often come away from your workouts with pain. Emily can help you to identify causes and provide you with corrective exercises so that you can continue with your activity of choice.
This service will include a movement assessment and education regarding the results of that assessment.
$105 per 55 minute session
